The Home Buying Process

1. Initial Consultation

Discuss your goals and expectations for your next home
Determine home requirements such as number bedrooms, bathrooms, location, price point and type of home
I'll share with you resources regarding the current market conditions, financing options and address any questions you may have about the process

2. Home Search

In addition to automated alerts, I will conduct daily manual searches as well as reach out to my network for coming soon opportunities
As we find properties you may be interested in, we will visit them together
During this time you will also need to secure pre-approval from your lender so you will be ready to place an offer on your next home

3. Offer

I will conduct a market analysis to help you determine the best offer to make on the home
My team and I will write up your contract and will submit it to the seller with your approval
I will negotiate on your behalf until we reach the best terms and price for the home

4. Under Contract

During this time we will complete inspections and appraisals and request any necessary repairs to the home
Your lender will be working with you to finalize your loan
You will need to consider when you want to move, how you're going to move and changes you might want to make to the home prior to settling in

5. Settlement

Under the guidance of your selected title company all documents will be signed and any required funds will be paid
You leave with the keys to your new home, ready to start the next chapter of your life!
