Meet Caitlin

Born and raised in Baltimore, Caitlin has a genuine connection to the local communities surrounding the central Maryland region. Growing up she learned at an early age the value of hard work and what it means to value integrity and connection. 

Caitlin prides herself on her attention to detail and ability to provide a tailored experience for every transaction. She is adamant about not only being knowledgeable about properties and industry trends, but also educating her clients so they can make the most informed decisions for themselves.

Having previously worked supporting real estate teams and agents across the country in various roles including marketing and tech operations, she has developed a deep understanding of the behind the scenes activities which has strengthened her ability to provide a seamless and stress free process for her clients. 

A former educator, Caitlin worked in Maryland’s public school system for 7 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Teaching - both from Towson University. As she transitioned to working in real estate she was able to carry over her high level of organization, empathy and the hustle needed to get the job done. 

Through her business she enjoys supporting other small local entrepreneurs and contributing to organizations such as The Maryland Special Olympics and The Military Order of The Purple Heart. 

Aside from her work, Caitlin loves to travel and spend time with her dog and boyfriend. She is passionate about health, wellness and wealth building and can often be found enjoying the outdoors, reading a book or cooking a delicious dinner.
